关于四川大学疫情防控期间各项考试

入校/入场要求

根据国务院、四川省和成都市疫情防控政策，以及教育部疫情防控技术方案，为切实保障我校师生身体健康和校园安全稳定，特制定如下考生进校规定：

进校要求

（一）禁止入校的考生

1、10天内有境外活动轨迹或7天内有高风险区、中风险区旅居史的考生；或7天内有低风险区旅居史、未按要求完成相应管控措施的考生。

2、三天内有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等疑似症状的考生。

3、未治愈的确诊病例、无症状感染者，被判定为密接人员、次密接人员、涉疫场所暴露人员、区域协查人员，集中隔离、居家隔离、健康码状态异常等情况的考生。

（二）允许进校的考生

1、成都市内考生须出示24小时核酸阴性报告、四川天府健康通绿码、风险城市旅居史绿码，国务院通信大数据行程卡绿码，体温37.3摄氏度以下。

2、四川省外和成都市外考生遵照我省市防疫要求，入川/入蓉即检，三天三检（间隔24小时），入校出示三天三检核酸报告，24小时核酸阴性报告，四川天府健康通绿码、风险城市旅居史绿码，国务院通信大数据行程卡绿码，体温37.3摄氏度以下。

3、不符合上述进校条件的考生禁止入校，考务人员为其登记信息。

（三）进校路径要求考生须提前一小时从四川大学北校门（成都市武侯区一环路南一段24号）进入校园，进入校园后不得自行游走需乘坐校内专门配属的摆渡车前往考场；考试结束后考生不得自行离校，考点安排有摆渡车送至我校西门（成都市武侯区科华北路33号）离校。

（四）考生从进入校园到离开校园，以及考试期间须全程佩戴口罩。

（五）证件要求

1、考生须出示纸质版准考证或考试确认信。

2、携带与报名一致且在有效期内的身份证件原件。

Notice for Candidates

According to the national and local epidemic prevention and control policies,all candidates who take the test at the Sichuan University are required to understand and abide by the following regulations:

(A)Candidates who are prohibited to enter the campus:

1.Candidate who has overseas travel history within 10 days,or have travel history to the city where has high or medium risk area within 7 days(except Chengdu).Candidate who has travel history in low risk area within 7 days(haven’t completed the control measures as required).

2.Candidate has suspected symptoms of fever,dry cough,fatigue,sore throat,loss of smell(taste),nasal congestion,runny nose,conjunctivitis,myalgia and diarrhea 3 days before the first test date.

3.The candidate himself/herself belongs to untreated confirmed cases,asymptomatic infected persons,or is judged to be a close contact person,sub-close contact person,exposed person involved in the epidemic,regional coordinator,under centralized quarantine/home quarantine or abnormal health code etc.

(B)Candidates who are allowed to enter the campus:

1.Candidates in Chengdu

Nucleic Acid Test report(negative)within 24 hours before the test(digital or physical copy are both acceptable),my"Health QR Code"in green,Travel History Code in green,body temperature lower than 37.3℃.

2.Candidates outside of Chengdu

Comply with the epidemic prevention requirements of Sichuan Province,candidates must complete 3 tests within 3 days(24 hours interval)upon entry to Sichuan/Chengdu,Nucleic Acid Test report(negative)within 24 hours,my"Health QR Code"in green,Travel History Code in green,body temperature lower than 37.3℃.

3.Candidates who do not meet the above entry requirements are prohibited to enter the campus.

(C)Requirement of campus entry：

1.Candidates must enter the campus from the North Entrance of Sichuan University(No.24,Section 1,South 1st Ring Road)one hour in advance,take allocated shuttle bus to the test center and wear mask all the time.Candidates are not allowed to leave the campus on their own after the test,they should take shuttle bus to the West Gate of Sichuan University(No.33,Kehua North Road,Wuhou District)

2.Requirements for documents and materials:

①Admission ticket

②Valid identity documents that are consistent with the registration
