针对目前国内疫情形势，根据福州市最新相关防疫要求，所有报名参加福建师范大学雅思考点考试的考生都需要了解并遵循以下防控措施:

1.考生在每个考试日期（口试和笔试）前一天关注“平安福师大”微信公众号，申请进校码。具体申请流程如下：关注“平安福师大”——“访客管理”——“访客预约”进行信息填写；事由填写“参加雅思考试”，其他信息根据实际情况填写完整（含时间段等）；需要要上传个人的实时健康码（健康码截图需包含核酸检测情况）和实时“通信大数据行程卡”（行程卡数据需为考生本人的）。考点将根据考生的申请，结合健康码、行程卡及核酸检测情况进行审批；考生入校时，用微信扫描校门口的二维码，出示进校码，考生凭进校码方可入校！如发现隐瞒、谎报“通信大数据行程卡”数据者，将列入考点黑名单，如造成不良后果，将依法追究责任。

2.行程码中有福州市以外旅居史的考生在提交实时健康码截图时需要包含以入校时间计算前48小时内核酸检测情况方可入校。（如：7月8日上午8点入校，您的核酸检测采样时间必须为7月6日上午8点以后，以此类推）

3.考生有以下情况不得进校。每个考试日期（口试和笔试）前7天内（含7天）本人及共同居住人有中高风险地区（含所在设区市）旅居史以及相关涉疫人员接触史的，不能进校（以通信大数据行程卡显示到达或途经地为准）。

4.考生只能从位于仓山区上三路的福建师范大学校园正门进入校园，考试结束后从原路离开校园。从校门进入时，须遵循以下要求:

（1）必须全程佩戴口罩。

（2）考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入校。考生不得以“熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。

（3）为避免考试迟到，建议您至少提前1小时到考点。

5.出租车、网约车、私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。请在福建师大校园正门附近（如全季酒店、兰庭新天地等处）下车，步行至大门口凭进校码入校。为避免拥堵，不要在校园正门口上下车！

According to the epidemic prevention requirements of Fuzhou,all test takers in Fuzhou test centre are required to follow the following prevention and control measures:

1.Test takers should follow the Wechat official account“Pingan Fushida”the day prior to the test date(both speaking and written test date)and apply for campus entry code.The application process is as follows:follow“pingan Fushida”--“Visitors Management”--“Visitor Appointment”.Put“18050280765”in visitee,“IELTS test taking”in visiting reason,and complete the application as required(such as,time period).Test takers should upload personal real-time health code(health code screenshot should include nucleic acid test)and their own real-time communication itinerary card.Test centre will review and approve the test takers’application based on the health code,travel card and nucleic acid test.Before entry into the campus,test takers should scan the QR code by Wechat at the school gate.They are only allowed into campus with campus entry code.Those,who are found to conceal or give false information about their itinerary,will be blacklisted on the test centre and those who cause adverse consequences will be investigated for responsibility according to law.

2.Test takers,who have history of sojourn in cities outside Fuzhou as is showed in communication itinerary card,should provide negative nucleic acid results within 48 hours prior to campus entry time when submitting real-time health code screenshots.(For example,if entry time is 8 a.m.on July 8th,the nucleic acid test taking time must be after 8 a.m.on July 6th.)

3.Test takes are not allowed to enter the campus when they and their cohabitants have travelled or lived in high-and medium-risk regions(including districts and cities)and have contacted pandemic related personnel within 7 days(including the 7th day)prior to test date(both speaking and written test date)(as is showed on communication itinerary card).

4.Test takers can only enter Fujian Normal University from the main campus gate,which is located on Shangsan Road,Cangshan District,and leave the campus from the same campus gate.Before entering the campus,test takers should follow the instructions as below at the designated campus gate:

1)Test takers must wear a medical mask；

2)Test takers(including those under 18)can only enter campus during test period on the test day,parents or companions are not allowed into campus.Test takers will not be allowed into campus for test venue inspection before their test day.

3)Test takers are suggested to arrive at the test centre an hour before the test time to avoid being late for tests.

5.Taxis,online ride-hailing cars and private cars are prohibited to campus.Test takers are suggested to get off the car at places near the main campus gate and then walk to the main campus gate for checking before entering the campus.
