Task1

To promote academic success, your university is considering a new policy that would limit the number of hours per week that students can spend working at university jobs. Do you think this is a good idea? Explain why or why not.

Task 2

Reading:

学校要减少visitor在学生dorm的时长，不能超三天。

原因1：这样可以让宿舍环境更加comfortable;

原因2：周围有hotel可以住。

Listening: disagree

理由1 ：这个policy过于strict,大部分visitor都是很polite的。学生举例说他roommate 的哥哥上学期来住了一星期，the roommate asked ahead and he never mind at all; 理由2： hotel太贵了，不适合所有人。

Land-marking Behavior

Land-marking behavior是指动物为了更好地适应繁殖而釆取的某种移动行为。

Listening:

用蝴蝶来举例，这些蝴蝶喜欢去top ofhilL有两组实验，第 一组蝴蝶不飞去很高的地方。第 二组有male and female,它们为了找寻更大的繁殖可能，所以飞去很远的地方。

方法1： social boundingo举例是去理发店，店员问你的interest,让你感到你们之间建立了 personal relationship,于是你会再光顾;
